Skilled Boners/Slicers The position would involve the following duties: ? Table boning. ? Cutting meat to separate meat, fat, and tissue from around bones. ? Washing, scraping, and trimming foreign material and blood from meat. ? Cutting meat into standard meat cuts, and removing internal fat, blood clots, bruises, and other matter to prepare them for packing and marketing. Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications ? Excellent knife skills and maintenance of personal equipment ? Attention to detail ? Excellent reliability, attendance and timekeeping at work ? Good communication and positive teamwork ?
