About this Role:
Reporting to the Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor, you will act as a hands-on team leader of our maintenance team, ensuring high quality maintenance services are provided in a timely, efficient, and cooperative manner. This role will ensure expenditure on maintenance services is managed effectively and is conducted in compliance with statutory requirements.
We are looking for a natural people leader who loves being hands-on with the tools as well as guide and mentor a team of 3 to 4 maintenance fitters. You will have excellent time management and prioritization skills, be well organized and safety conscious.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Operations management ? daily people and workflow management aligned with priorities and maintenance schedule.
Preventive maintenance ? overall responsibility of the MEX PMO system, planning and executing preventive maintenance schedule.
