What's on your dashboard:
Provide relief across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Deal Processing.
Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations.
Assist with various administration and general accounting tasks as needed.
Learn all aspects of the administration department when not filling in for other roles.
What you bring to the team:
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication, both verbal and written, and problem-solving skills.
Enjoyment of both teamwork and independent work.
Experience in administration or accounting, preferably in the automotive industry.
