A beautifully designed Early Childhood Centre in Maitland is seeking a Diploma qualified (or actively working towards) Educator to join its passionate and diverse team. With open plan rooms and spacious outdoor settings, this service provides children with rich learning experiences where they are encouraged to learn through play whilst exploring their interests and surroundings. This service believes in nurturing young children and guiding them to reach their full potential in a safe and supportive environment. This centre operates between 6.30am - 6.30pm and is in a central location close to local shops, and cafes.
The Role
Permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week
Work collaboratively with a dedicated team whilst ensuring practice is in line with policies, procedures & the centre philosophy
Develop and deliver quality educational programs that foster children's development and incorporate children's interests
Create meaningful relationships with children, families and the wider community
Support the centre to meet/exceed national quality standards

About You
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards) Or ACECQA-approved equivalent
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Current Working with Children Check
Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
