Your skills & experience
At least 5 years prior work as an Experience Design Lead on projects in an agency/ consulting practice or within the public sector. Government experience essential.
Prior work on Experience Design projects and hands-on experience in user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma.
Assess work for usability, desirability, accessibility and appropriateness for the brand.
Strong experience leading IA evaluations and development using treejack, card sorting techniques, engaging with stakeholders on IA requirements.
Experience preparing and delivering user testing, focus groups, guerrilla testing, shareholder interviews, client-facing workshops, and other research efforts to determine key success factors for a project.
Solid understanding and practical experience in working with Design Systems, with an ability to adhere to established design patterns.
Illustrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new design methodologies, tools, and technologies such as AI tools and Figma plugins.
Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
