The Senior Project Officer will offer secretariat and support services, requiring significant experience in high-level management and effective liaison with both internal and external stakeholders crucial for the successful implementation of initiatives.

Proficient in developing stakeholder management plans through detailed analysis.
Capable of effectively managing relationships among program or project stakeholders.
Skilled in preparing concise written briefings, reports, options papers, and proposals tailored for key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Expertise in conducting research and analysis to identify policy issues and support the policy development process.
Competent in identifying and applying appropriate project planning methodologies.
Proficient in reporting, monitoring, and controlling project plans.
Experienced in establishing and overseeing governance structures, processes, project control boards, and working groups.
Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and steer transformative efforts to align with organisational objectives.
