SEO Manager
As Search Engine Optimisation Manager, you’ll be focused on delivering best in class SEO driving business growth across a portfolio of clients. This requires strong experience in SEO strategy and implementation. A good understanding of Paid Search is also required to implement holistic search strategies.
We’re looking for a talented Manager who is also a delight to work with, which usually includes:
• A degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field
• +4 years of combined experience in organic and paid search, digital project management or account management
• Proven experience managing a team
• Experience scoping projects, providing forecasts and driving ongoing process improvement
• The ability to create and implement SEO strategies frameworks that successfully deliver incremental growth overtime.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – and a knack for details
• Experience developing content strategies and competitor analysis using a range of platform and technologies.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and make smart, fast decisions
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, with a focus on optimizing them for SEO
• Stellar communication and presentation skills – you’re poised, articulate and convincing
• Previous experience with SEO industry tools – i.e. Google Analytics, Omniture, Google Search Console, Brightedge, SEMRush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
Salary: $90K - $120K package

SEO Director (Director of SEO, SEO Lead, Head of SEO)
As Director of SEO, you’ll grow the division and develop a strategic vision, whilst providing leadership to the team. You’ll build the agency’s search practice (SEO) to support aggressive revenue growth.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
• Directing long-term and short-term strategic marketing efforts to meet both market share and sales goals for clients via SEO strategies
• Helping to assess and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining the company’s existing strengths
• Developing a world-class search marketing team that will scale and thrive as the business grows
• Effectively using tools to automate and scale the business in an efficient, cost-effective manner
• Ensuring excellence and accuracy in all client deliverables and working with Managers/Directors to present them
• Developing or approving all scopes of work that include search engine optimization
• Collaborating with Delivery Managers on project timelines and with Staffing on resource needs
This role requires; deep familiarity with the digital environment and an understanding of business from both market and P&L perspectives, Strong analytical and problem solving skills, knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS and outstanding leadership and people management skills.
All roles require a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.
