Global Track Warehouse is an international company that was founded in Australia. We manufacture industrial and agricultural rubber tracks and pads for mini excavators and agricultural machinery.
Our company is seeking to employ an enthusiastic person to join the customer service team in our Yass NSW office.
The successful applicant will need to be open to learning new skills and be able to work as a part of the team. It would be desirable if you have completed year 12, have strong computer and communication skills.
This position would suit someone with an understanding/interest of agricultural machinery and industrial excavators or is mechanically minded as parts interpretation is an important part of this position.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
? Contacting new and existing customers regularly.
? Responding and quoting for rubber track and undercarriage enquiries.
? Aftersales follow up.
? Creating sales documents and processing payments.
? Administrative duties as directed.
? Possibility of attending national Field Days and visiting national dealerships.
