Digital Manager (Also known as Account Manager). The purpose of the Digital Manager is to create/run digital media plan responses through all stages- approach, plans, optimisation, PCR; billing whether its the client, creative agency, media owner, etc. Deliver best in market implementation planning responses: well thought out, argued, and answers the marketing challenge. Looks to innovate where possible, however also nails the fundamentals. First point of contact on day-to-day management of implementation elements. Manage the workloads, outputs and development of the Exec and Coordinators. Support the AD in overall team management, and the GBD and other members of the team in integrating digital into the client advertising mix
This position requires a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.. Preferably a university degree or higher education qualifications. Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Digital marketing, backed by relevant experience. Good understanding and working knowledge of Australian media landscape. Highly proficient in the following Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent ability to analyse and manipulate data, extracting insights for reporting.
Salary: $80K - $105K package

The purpose of the Digital Director is to work closely with the Business Director in driving client business growth by unlocking the client’s business opportunity and the capability, delivering outstanding client service, innovative and ambitious client solutions and driving communication planning excellence.
This position requires a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification. Preferably a university degree or higher education qualifications. Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Performance marketing, backed by relevant experience. Good understanding and working knowledge of Australian media landscape. Highly proficient in the following Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Leadership and mentoring of performance digital teams
Salary: $110K - $130K package
