Talent’s Solutions business was created following demand for different recruitment supplier models. Our solutions are diverse, bespoke and customer orientated. They are designed to last through evolution, and as our business continues to adapt to the changing technology landscape so will this team.  Our consultants operate as part of the client's team, going to market with the client brand but with the support of the Talent business. 
 
The Client Lead operates as a key member of the Solutions team, managing a selection of accounts, which could range from founder-led tech scale-ups through to ASX-listed enterprises. Solutions delivered to these clients could encompass some or all of permanent hiring, contingent labour management and specialist advisory services. The Client Lead creates, optimises, and evolves talent acquisition functions while managing teams of onsite talent acquisition professionals.   

This role would suit someone who has led RPO solutions before or been a Head of Talent and who is motivated by the opportunity to share their learnings and drive success across multiple clients.  
 
This role is a 12-month max-term contract  
 
Some of what you'll be doing: 

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts, owning the client relationships with a range of executives to drive continuous improvement across all in-scope aspects of talent acquisition.  

  • Fostering a positive and engaged team of talent acquisition professionals, promoting a supportive work environment while ensuring they succeed in meeting key hiring objectives and program goals. 

  • Cultivating strong and enduring relationships across your clients, ensuring effective communication and cooperation, and that the value of Talent’s services is keenly recognised. 

  • Collaborating with colleagues to identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives and opportunities where additional Talent services would achieve mutual benefit for Talent and your clients. 

  • Developing and maintain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business, its culture, and strategic objectives. 

  • Using data, insights, and your expertise to create influential narratives to drive positive change across your clients and in line with their People strategies.
