The Role
Reporting to the Building Coordinator and based in Windsor NSW, the Senior Building Surveyor provides an efficient and effective service in relation to certification work, fire safety and development assessment to ensure that development achieves Council?s objectives. Constraints you will be exposed to include bushfire, flooding, heritage, landslip, threatened species, koala habitat, acid sulfate soils, to name a few.
