What will you be doing?
Developer Partnerships is part of the Water & Environmental Service Group at Sydney Water. We are Sydney Water?s interface with major property developer customers. We facilitate the end-to-end delivery of water infrastructure, providing mutual beneficial outcomes, supporting population and economic growth across Greater Sydney and the Illawarra.
Your role will involve:
Provide analytical support to the Developer Partnerships Leadership Team.
Assists in the front-end opportunity identification and planning process for new commercial frameworks, agreements and offerings.
Review business cases, negotiates commercial agreements and assists in establishing new commercial frameworks and offerings with major developers.
