THE ROLE:
Report to the OHS Supervisor, work on a variety of construction projects, with a focus on occupational health and safety
Facilitate site inspections and provide guidance based on the Safety First philosophy
Facilitate workplace inspections and internal audits
Monitor compliance with the incident reporting and investigation process
Implement WHS systems and assist with its compliances
This role is 100% site based
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
Cert IV in Health and Safety is a must
Current Australian driver's license
Background in residential construction
Experience in similar role within the construction industry
2 years experience working onsite
Experience mentoring and coaching site staff on OHS
