- Seeking an experienced Electronics Assembly Technician
- Remuneration - $70,000

RF Technology is a leading edge manufacturer of software defined radios, RF devices, applications and ancillary equipment which are sold worldwide. We are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly Technician to join our team. The successful applicant must have at least 3 years of experience in electronic soldering and demonstrate competence in soldering at 04/02 level components in accordance with IPC J-STD-001 standards.

Responsibilities:
- Perform electronic soldering tasks with precision and proficiency.
- Assemble electronic radio equipment, ensuring dexterity and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment, following both written and oral instructions effectively.
- Understand and adhere to production manuals and guidelines, ensuring quality and efficiency in all work performed.
- Work autonomously following training, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills as needed.
- Assume a supervisory role, coordinating work tasks within the team and providing leadership as required.
- Undertake low-level testing of assembled electronic equipment to ensure functionality and quality standards are met.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic soldering, with demonstrated proficiency in soldering at 04/02 level components according to IPC J-STD-001 standards.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Ability to perform precise and detailed assembly work, with excellent dexterity and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Capacity to work effectively within a team environment, as well as autonomously.
- Willingness to take on supervisory responsibilities and coordinate work tasks as needed.
- Familiarity with electronic production manuals and procedures.
- Ability to conduct low-level testing of electronic equipment is desirable.
