Maintain data integrity within the Employee Central (EC) module and ensure accuracy in all HR-related data entries. Conduct regular audits of data and workflow logs to identify and rectify discrepancies. Collaborate effectively with the HR System Development Analyst to streamline processes and optimize system functionality. Stay updated on the latest developments and updates within SuccessFactors to provide informed support and guidance.
