Main Responsibilities: Receive enquiries through phone calls and emails for quotations on spare parts. Identify the cost and provide a Quotation on those parts to the internal/external customer. Ensure Replenishment of parts through MYOB Advanced. Produce Purchase Orders with our Suppliers at the accurate cost. Maintain continuous communication with suppliers of equipment/spares to ensure that delivery progress is measured, and dates are met. Inform customers/key-stakeholders of ETA of orders and identify and resolve delay issues. Investigate on any orders in progress, inform the customer and keep a record of updates. Work closely with the Spare Parts team and Store team, and maintain communications on all activities. Support with ordering and follow up on Service Kits. Support with creation of Workshop Quotes. Support with return of stock and Used Parts Quotes. Ideal Candidate: Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. Exceptional customer service skills.
