We are seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator for a privately-owned long-established Sunshine Coast dental practice. The role is integral to the efficient operation of our modern six-chair practice and requires someone who is self-motivated, resilient and can juggle multiple demands.
The successful applicant will work closely with the dental managing partner to coordinate the many facets of running a busy dental practice.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Rostering and management of staffing requirements.
Reception and Surgery shifts where needed.
Management of Support Staff including training, and performance management.
Management of policies and procedures in relation to Infection Control and Accreditation.
Stock ordering oversight and coordinating equipment maintenance and procurement.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a strong personality and can confidently communicate with people at all levels of the business.
Has experience in a similar senior role and is able to anticipate the needs of both the patients and the practice.
Has chairside experience and a comprehensive understanding of contemporary dental practice and current Infection Control Procedures.
Sound office computer skills including knowledge and understanding of Dental 4 Windows and Microsoft One Drive.
Enjoys leadership and has demonstrated ability to effectively manage support staff.
Certificate III Dental Assisting as a minimum is required.
5 years dental experience preferably in private practice.
