Pharmacy/Dispensary technician
• Permanent full-time position
• 38 hours per week
• Salary $70,000 to per year plus superannuation
• Brisbane based with regular regional travel
Seed Pharmaceuticals is looking for a professional Pharmacy/Dispensary technician to join our team.
We are looking for a self- motivated, English speaking, articulate person to fill the role of Pharmacy/Dispensary technician within our company.
Your duties:
• Fills and labels patients' prescriptions under the supervision of a Pharmacist
Dispense medications in line with legal and professional requirements
• Attend to customers and clients at the counter
• Dispense medications for hospital/wards/clinics
• Assist with pharmacy inventory management
• Delivering excellent pharmacy service
• Assist with the administrative and record keeping duties
• Provide support in the provision of pharmacy services as directed by the supervising pharmacist.
What you need:
It is of advantage if you have any of the below skills/ knowledge:
• Previous experience as a Dispense Technician
• Sound understanding of S2 and S3 Medications
• Certificate III in Community Pharmacy preferred or higher
• Experience with FRED dispense
• Be able to demonstrate excellent product and health solution knowledge
