We are seeking an educator who has:
- A genuine love for early childhood education and mentoring staff
- Aspirations to excel in their career
- A positive attitude with fantastic problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of the National Quality Standards and National Regulations very desirable
Qualifications & Experience
Attained Childhood Teaching degree or ACECQA approved equivalent qualification
Must have proven 3+ years of experience
Must have excellent communication, both verbal and written
Excellent relationship-building skills
Experience with contributing to the development of a Quality Improvement Plan
Solid understanding of NQF, EYLF, Child Protection legislation & implications
Solid computer literacy skills
First aid Certificate

Tasks & Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the team to develop and implement a high quality curriculum that incorporates EYLF, NQF, and School readiness program.
Major role in curriculum development, parent and community liaison as well as staff professional development and training
Implementation and communication of the Centre's policies and procedures
Maintain an effective relationship which supports children and their families
Salary: $37-$40 per hour
