Reporting to the General Manager, Shopping Centres, the Office Buildings & Claremont Quarter Portfolio Manager will be responsible for the asset management and property oversight of the Office Building and Claremont Quarter Portfolio. Core Responsibilies Include Financial Management - accountable for short and long term forecasts of each portfolio / asset’s performance. Marketing and Brand Impact - responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to meet KPIs in the short and medium term.
