Customer Service Administrator A Customer Service Administrator job in Kewdale paying $55k + super for a global food service manufacturing company. Your new company My client is a leading global manufacturer and is present across Australia and New Zealand. They specialise in food service packaging and distribution to a wide network of customers including food wholesalers, hospitality suppliers and more. Their people are their most important asset and they are passionate about their long-term development. Your new role You will play a crucial role in providing quality service to customers and you will be the primary point of contact for customer liaison and orders. Day to day duties include but are not limited too;
Managing enquiries and assisting customers via the phone, email and face-to-face
Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining customer database
Coordinate, recording & distributing incoming and outgoing mail, post mail daily
General typing of correspondence and documentation, filing & archiving
Supporting the office staff, warehouse staff & sales team
What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience in a similar role and your keen eye for detail will lead you to your success, as will;
Ability to multitask, prioritise and demonstrate flexibility
Customer service focused with excellent communication skills
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
