Food Safety Manager - Melbourne

Delaware North are now on the look-out for a highly organised Food Safety Manager to join our operations teams across both Marvel Stadium and Melbourne Airport. Based on site and working closely with the Culinary and Operations teams, the Food Safety Manager will support the catering operation by overseeing the two stadium's food safety management system, and undertaking a range of Food Safety related activities to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality food products that meet legislative and customer requirements across the several kitchens and outlets within the Delaware North operations.
