Your key responsibilities Oversee daily clinical operations at the large Bendigo care home. Lead and support the clinical team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Ensure compliance with ACFI assessments and regulatory standards. Manage person-centred care planning, evaluation, and case conferencing. Conduct clinical governance audits and oversee medication management. Liaise with allied health professionals and medical practitioners to optimise resident care. Your skills & experience Hold current AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification. Post-graduate qualification in aged care is highly regarded.
