This role is To provide high level food and beverage service to guests in line with established core hospitality values and promote the company values of the venue. Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe working environment both front of house for staff members and ensure safety is our primary customer concern. Work with entire team to ensure excellence in all FOH service standards are upheld. Manage budgeted KPI’s for front of house beverage cost of sale and payroll percentages. Maintain a clean and neat restaurant placing an appropriate level of emphasis on how the restaurant appears to guests. Support the business in developing clear and achievable financial goals.
