Job Description As a Senior Associate with Arcadia you will be responsible for leading projects, ensuring that they are being run efficiently and to schedule, manage relationships with new and existing clients, and be responsible for the design practices, documentation and qualty assurance as well as lifting the operating standards of the studio.
