Information Technology Traineeship

MRAEL are seeking a highly motivated and eager I.T Trainee to join the team at Broadbeach State School. As the IT Trainee, you will be mentored and supported to gain a deep understanding and ability to assist in managing the operation of Broadbeach State School’s information and communication technology (ICT) network services. The successful candidate will perform the following duties; Manage customer IT issues - remote and face-to-face Manage accounts across multiple systems Provide basic advice and/or training to users Use troubleshooting applications Gather information from customers and create tickets Complete basic tickets in the day Escalate tickets to higher levels Assist new employees with first time login Setup and assign IT equipment to users What the successful candidate will bring to the position; We are looking for candidates who have a passion and genuine interest in commencing a career within Information Technology (I.T).
