Client DetailsReputed Federal Government Client.DescriptionCredit Card Officer The responsibilities of the Credit card Officer include but not limited to: Administer and deploy credit card implementation from Diners to NAB Create new credit cards in the NAB portal for both virtual and card in hand. Draft standard responses to credit card enquiries in relation to the transition via the shared inbox and helpdesk phone. Draft communications to cardholders/stakeholders regarding the transition from Diners to NAB. Assign credit cards in Concur daily. Draft new working instructions for the NAB processes and procedures. Cancel all Diners cards by agreed date. Conduct testing with NAB of the VCF files in preparation for migration date. Liaising and working with internal and external stakeholders.
