About the role: The Clinical Manager will report into the Facility Manager and will help monitor Training and Education, lead the clinical team to meet high clinical standards that meets the individual needs of the residents and management of the clinical care staff team. Duties: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care sector, including funding and policy protocols. Show an ability to operate independently and professionally with limited supervision.
