Randstad Education is thrilled to be on the lookout for the next compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join a warm and nurturing team environment within a beautiful service located in Colac, Victoria.

The Role:
As the Early Childhood Teacher, you will take the lead in the 4-year-old Kindergarten room, implementing a high-quality Reggio Emilia inspired curriculum. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading a safe and happy learning environment where children can reach their full potential
Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Applying your sound knowledge of child development and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Creating a safe and nurturing learning environment tailored to each child's needs and development stages

Qualifications Required:

A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification
Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
Certification in Mandatory Reporting and other relevant obligations
