Technical Officer Sunshine Coast Contract with Local Gov Your new company
Our client is based at the Sunshine Coast offering a two month fulltime contract with potential extension available. Contract dates: 01/05/2024 - 30/06/2024
Your new role
As the Technical Officer you will:
Take the lead for AV Teams Meeting Rooms and resolve operational requirements or issues.
Manage vendor management and project management around AV as part of a team.
Proficiency with Apple, Windows, and Microsoft Office environments.
Manage the installation, replacement or relocation of AV equipment, computers, printers, and peripherals across all departments. Including client and vendor liaison.
Assist in the management of staff to assist in large rollouts.
Assist in the development and distribution of software to the desktop using packaging tools.
Support the desktop operations area in a customer focused fashion and by working in a team environment.
Develop technical documentation of procedures, work instructions, forms, and templates to ensure quality processes that are consistent and repeatable within the Branch.
What you'll need to succeed
Relevant IT qualification
Experience with MS Teams, O365 suite
Experience in servicing, maintenance, and support across technology equipment such as, computer systems, Laptop and Smart phones, smart devices, networks and, printers.
Current "C" Class Drivers Licence
