Fixed Term until 31 December 2024. The role of the Health, Safety, Wellbeing, and Control Improvement Lead is diverse, encompassing the responsibility to instigate ongoing enhancements in health, safety, wellbeing, and comprehensive risk control systems throughout SMCT. Reporting directly to the Manager of Health, Safety & Wellbeing, this position collaborates with different business units to strategize, assist, execute, and supervise key projects related to health, safety, and wellbeing, as well as risk control and business response plans and initiatives, as necessary. This role presents a chance to actively promote the safety and welfare of our employees and stakeholders, while supporting the resilience and reputation of SMCT through a comprehensive strategy emphasizing the strengthening of internal control mechanisms.
