This dynamic law firm is dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services to clients across a wide range of industries. The firm is seeking a skilled commercial lawyer to join the commercial team on a full-time basis.
YOU WILL:
Have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
You will collaborate closely with the firm's experienced attorneys to provide strategic advice and innovative solutions to the clients' complex legal issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3+ years of experience practicing commercial law
Experience in all aspects of commercial law
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
