Job description Our client, a large North Sydney & Melbourne CBD based telco client, is looking for a Training Lead. About the role Develop and implement training plans and strategies Create training content and training materials Deliver IT training to operational teams Skills and experience Extensive experience in instructional design and training delivery Experience in ServiceNow and preferably Oracle, Remedy and telco systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What's on offer 6-12 months' engagement working at a telco client Hybrid work with 2-3 days per week in the office Role is only open to Sydney or Melbourne based candidates with valid work rights What's next If you would like to be considered, please click the apply button and address your application to Julia Leung.
