Your new company Our client is a large company that operates a fleet of trucks in the retail, trade, civil construction, and utility industries. They are looking for a qualified and experienced diesel mechanic to join their workshop team and assist with the maintenance, service and repair of their company-owned vehicles. Your new role Within this position you will be required to undertake daily operations including diagnosing, maintenance, major/minor service and repairs on trucks, plant, equipment, field servicing or breakdowns as required. You will be working predominantly within a workshop and will have a keen eye for detail as well as be extremely safety focused. What you'll need to succeed
Trade Qualified Level 3 certification in your specific diesel automotive field (heavy vehicle)
Minimum 5 years working on similar vehicles
Ability to work independently
Strong focus on safety and quality
Industry supporting references
Current Driving licence (HR Licence is favourable)
Great communication skills and a positive attitude
