About The Role As the Remuneration and Benefits Specialist, reporting to the Section Manager People Services, you will provide specialist advice and support in remuneration, benefits and rewards at Council and be responsible for the day to day operational and strategic remuneration activities for the organisation.  This includes the development, design, implementation, ongoing review, and maintenance of foundational frameworks, policies and procedures to support remuneration activities at Council consistent with the strategic objectives.
