The Role This role will be support the Leasing Manager with the management of the Lease database (Progenesis) and Property team administrative tasks. This includes, assisting Senior Lease Administrator with paying rent and outgoings in a timely manner, amending rent and outgoings, invoicing sub-tenants, receipting subtenant rentals and managing arrears, reporting and analysing financial information of Subtenants and Landlords in conjunction with the Finance team. Working closely with the Leasing Manager you will have support, training and guidance on the company policy and engagement with stakeholder.
