Your new company A leader in their field, you will be joining a small to medium agency that is backed by a global network. Working as part of a small HR team, you'll report to an inspiring and fun HR Lead and own the employee lifecycle in Melbourne. Your new role You are responsible for taking a strategic lead on HR across the business. You will be required to:
Influence Managers and Leaders in business through coaching, training and advice
Own cultural events, days add celebrations, including anniversaries and birthdays
Manage and support performance management
Partner with the Talent team to deliver the best talent
Support HR Projects such as retention and system improvements
What you'll need to succeed Experience working in an agency environment is highly advantageous. You will be able to adapt your style, schedule and priorities as quickly as needed in this fast-paced organisation. Confident across all areas of the employee experience, you will have demonstrated experience in talent management, HR advisory, coaching and employment law interpretation. Able to work independently and hold yourself accountable, you'll be a strong team player with great interpersonal skills.
