Management Accountant [ Bourke St, Melbourne VIC]

Our Client is one of Australasia's largest providers of boutique accommodation, conference and wedding venue, day spas and wineries, is seeking a management accountant to boost their finance team.  The duties would include not be limited to the following: Obtain and analyse financial information to advise on problems and suggest improvements Maintain all accounting procedures and policies in line with accounting standards Oversee End of Month/Year End processes and reconciliations to meet reporting priorities Ensure integration and accountability for all finance systems Preparation of business unit budgets to support business objectives Prepare forecasts to assist business planning and decision-making Compliance with statutory obligations Support business units to realise their financial objectives Undertake financial risk assessment and advise on ways to minimise risks Liaise and work with external auditors Implement internal audit function Your Skills and Experience would include Bachelor degree in accountancy related qualifications, or at least 5 years of relevant experience Excellent experience as management accountant…
