As the PO2 Conservation Officer, you will be part of a small team that plans, participates in and reports on aquatic threatened species research programs across the northern Great Barrier Reef, Gulf of Carpentaria and Torres Strait region. A critical requirement of the role is the willingness, ability, and maturity to operate in remote field conditions for extended periods of time. We are looking someone that can function effectively and respectfully in a small team environment and respond proactively to change, whether this be in logistical plans or weather conditions!
