Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Payroll Team Leader to join our clients growing team. The Payroll Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and leading a team of payroll specialists to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a highly-trained, motivated and efficient team with a strong customer focusAdminister the fortnightly payroll functions to ensure an accurate and timely pay of all staffGuide the payroll team in award interpretations, salary sacrifice and superannuation assistance ensuring a professional customer service is provided to internal and external customers.Investigate complex pay anomalies, conduct calculations for special work agreements and instigate problem resolutions to meet business payroll needs.In collaborations with the HR Business Systems team, maintain systems accordingly, ensuring relevant legislation and policies and procedures are adhered to.Ensure year end processing is managed effectively.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.5 years of experience…
