The successful candidate will be overseeing a large foundry, elastomer shop, machine shop and maintenance, and will work with the respective shop managers to ensure that business objectives are met.This role will act as the escalation point for the various shops and will provide overall guidance and support on resolving any issues and challenges. The Head of Manufacturing is pivotal in managing daily operations whilst aligning them with the broader objectives outlined in the Operations strategy. The successful professional will provide expert guidance on processes to capture, manage, develop, and share information, enabling the adoption of new methodologies within designated teams.
