Customer Consultant - Trade Store/Vendor Inventory

The Opportunity This is a great all-rounder role! You will be part of a customer centric team supporting both the warehousing and retail operations. In the warehouse, you will be responsible for tasks across all areas from goods inward to dispatch. In the retail trade store, you will be face to face with customers answering queries and finalising orders. As part of our customer care approach, you will also be out servicing our major customers with stock replenishment. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based onsite at Blackwoods Albury. Some of the skills required: -         Previous experience in a customer centric workplace -         Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment -         High level attention to detail -         Good written, verbal communication and computer skills -         Willingness to learn and develop -         A full, open Australian driver’s license -         Valid forklift license desirable Some of the tasks: -         Visit major customers to order and replenish stock -         Identify new and slow moving product…
