$79,244 - $108,359 per annum + Super (pro rata) 
$39.96 to $54.65 per hour + casual loading (if applicable) + Super

Requirements

About the role:


Develop, implement and evaluate speech pathology services to promote student communication, learning and well-being outcomes
Optimise service outcomes in partnership with school staff and the broader school community
Maintain standards of practice and competencies consistent with Speech Pathology Australia and BCE policies and guidelines.



About you:


Demonstrated clinical competence and professional capacity to provide evidence-based services that optimise communication, learning and wellbeing outcomes for children and young people with Speech Language Communication Needs (SLCN)
Demonstrated ability to effectively apply this knowledge and expertise within an education context
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams
Demonstrated capacity for solutions-focused, flexible and creative thinking
Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing self-directed professional growth and development.



Qualifications:


Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology (Minimum requirement: Bachelor degree) 
Eligibility for Certified Practicing Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
