We are looking for a skilled and compassionate General Practitioner to join a team of 5 GPs in a well-established medical center in Ballarat. With an expected number of patients per day ranging between 25-35, this role offers flexibility for part-time or full-time work.
Weekend work is not compulsory, but if you're interested, we can discuss rotations to make it work for you. This is a mixed billing practice with nurse support, and they use the Best Practice software to streamline their workflow.
In addition to the team of GPs, they have allied health professionals onsite, including physiotherapy, dietitian, and podiatry. There is also a pharmacy conveniently located across the road.
65% of billings are on offer for a VR GP
Non VR GPs can be considered if they are currrently on the PEP
Essential Criteria:
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a General Practitioner
Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds
Strong clinical skills and knowledge, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
