Tasks & Duties:
• Reporting to the Head Chef you will assist in leading, managing and developing staff in the kitchen
• Training of Staff
• Rostering of Staff within Labour budgets
• Creating & Costing menu items
• Driving menu updates
• Management of Food Safety System
• Assist in maintaining supplier relationships
• Implement & manage procedures & systems to ensure the kitchen is running to company standards.
Skills and experience
• Suitable candidates must have relevant training qualifications and at least 3 years of working experience.
Salary: $70,000 p.a.
