We offer basic training on crane charts and industry specific know how if the applicant does not have previous industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting technical plans using AutoCAD over architectural drawings and techniques.
• Analyse feasibility and implantation of cranes and hoisting devices through architectural/structural drawings for architectural design and construction purposes.
• Analysing and interpreting plans ensuring regulatory requirements and standards applicable.
• Drafting initial sketches, detailed drawings, and project specifications.
• Refining, revising, and finalising architectural plans, diagrams, and technical drawings to accommodate crane works.
• Fully familiar with 2D CAD and basic 3D CAD – preferably with trade or industry background.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, builders, other construction industry professionals.
Person Specifications:
Competent with AutoCAD
Bachelor of architecture or high related degree preferrable
At least two years of drafting experience within reputable company
Ability to work unsupervised & to work on several projects at a time.
Ability to analyse and comprehend architectural drawings in 2D or 3D.
