Energy Analyst - Building Optimisation Engineer

City FM Australia provides world-leading facilities management and engineering solutions that ensure safe, successful and sustainable outcomes for our partner – Coles  The Opportunity: This up to 12-month fixed term role offers an opportunity for a skilled and proactive individual to work as an Energy Analyst within the City FM Energy Centre supporting our partner Coles to achieve their sustainability targets.  The Role:  Investigation and resolution of Energy Event exceptions identified by the City energy management system.   Continuous interrogation of systems to identify energy consumption trends within stores to determine areas of improvement.   Proactively identify innovative energy conservation measures to reduce consumption, demand and cost.   Analyse information, using COMS, site controllers, databases and other systems to present information in various formats (i.e. spreadsheets, charts, written reports.)   Communicating with the field workforce to gather supporting information and achieve desired energy performance outcomes.   Maintain energy usage baselines.   M&V of savings achieved from energy event analysis.   Upkeep records…
