About our client An Australian Owned and Operated Sugar Mill located between Brisbane and Gold Coast. This raw sugar milling and cogeneration business is seeking applicants for two positions a Sugar Process Operator along with a Sugar Process Operator-Trainee. Sugar Process Operator- Trainer: This is a short term position of 1-2 Months, mostly day work, with the occasional overlap, working in the sugar mill on the panstage. This position is well suited for someone with extensive experience and who enjoys training others, ideally retired or semi-retired. We are looking for: Highly experienced panstage operator within the sugar industry, either raw sugar or sugar refinery. Be able to work safely and efficiently within a team environment. Good people skills and ability to train and mentor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A Self-motivated individual.
