About this role Position: Sonographer Location: Mater Hospital, North Sydney The Role: This is a permanent, full time position, reporting to the chief technologist. You will be based at our Mater Hospital clinic Monday to Friday with shifts rostered between 7:30am – 5:30pm. Perform ultrasound scans and provide high quality patient care. Support the radiologist in minor interventional procedures. Contribute to the positive and collaborative team culture. Provide occasional mobile services to the hospital wards and operating theatres. Participate in weekend and on-call roster, with on-call shifts ending by 10pm. Requirements: Current ASAR Registration. Experience in MSK, paediatrics, breast, general, carotids and DVT ultrasound imaging. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Be open to using a diverse range of equipment, our Mater Hospital clinic uses Philips machines. Ability to supervise trainee sonographers. What we can offer you:
