About the role As a Consumer Advice Horticulturist Consultant, you will join a vibrant and nurturing team at our Padstow office and be committed to delivering exceptional service and gardening advice to our Yates consumers from hardware, grocery and garden centres through a range of phone and digital communication channels. This is an opportunity with real variety. Day to day you’ll be on phone, emails, live chat (real-time online chats) as well as social media and online forums working to guide and answer diverse horticultural and technical queries from our consumers, customers and staff.
